Diffuser Blends

The most common way to use essential oils is aromatic diffusion. If you don’t know how to use an essential oil diffuser, check the instructions specific to your product for water and oil ratios. For instance, if you are using Young Living’s Desert Mist™ diffuser, use 8–10 drops of oil to the water. You can use the oils by themselves or make a blend!
